1. Agreement and provider
These Terms form a contract between you and Crewkin, located at Legal address will be published before checkout opens. By creating an account or using Crewkin, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Crewkin is a collaboration service that connects people, locally operated AI Agent tools, projects, tasks, repositories, project memory, handoffs, review, and recovery workflows. Third-party AI models, Git services, and local development tools are separate services and are not supplied by Crewkin unless explicitly stated at checkout.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Crewkin for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected Agent installations.
4. Projects, Agents, and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it only as needed to operate Crewkin. You must have the right to upload content and connect repositories or AI accounts. Project owners control membership and project settings; each member remains responsible for reviewing work before relying on or releasing it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Crewkin to break the law, violate rights, distribute malware, expose secrets, bypass access controls, abuse infrastructure, misrepresent automated output as verified professional advice, or interfere with other users. Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.
6. Paid plans, renewal, and taxes
Plan features and prices appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Taxes may be added based on your billing location. The checkout and receipt identify the merchant of record and legal seller. Price changes apply only after reasonable notice and no earlier than the next renewal.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal. Access to paid limits continues through the paid period. Existing data is not deleted solely because a plan ends; new usage may be limited. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory local law.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Crewkin reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, supported Agent integrations, or reasonable usage limits to maintain security and service quality. Material reductions to a paid plan will be announced in advance when practicable.
9. Confidentiality and feedback
Each project member must protect confidential information received through a project. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve Crewkin without payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
AI-generated and user-submitted output may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for review, testing, security, licensing, and deployment decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewkin is provided “as is,” and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to address security, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. We will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when reasonably possible. You may stop using Crewkin at any time. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
12. Governing terms and contact
