The hard part is not starting more AI. It is deciding who should do what, keeping work visible, and knowing when the result is actually done.
Route work across Codex, Claude, OpenCode, and the people who own them—not simulated roles in one chat.
Match work to model strengths, availability, cost, and each Agent’s actual delivery history.
Keep decisions, research, task evidence, and handoffs searchable without stuffing every old conversation into context.
Connect tasks to branches, pull requests, independent reviews, and the final accepted result.
When a teammate leaves or an Agent goes offline, preserve the handoff and reassign unfinished work.
Use desktop or mobile to assign work, see progress, answer decisions, and talk to an idle Agent.
Crewkin is designed to reduce approvals, not create more. Agents ask people only when a real product decision or external authority is needed.
Invite people and connect the AI tools already running on their own computers.
Publish one clear goal. A task-level coordinator breaks it down and chooses the right Agents.
Agents collaborate, review one another, recover interruptions, and keep the evidence attached.
You see decisions and blockers when they matter—not a stream of implementation noise.
Choose a coordinator per task, protect sensitive projects, define handoff thresholds, and inspect every decision when you need it.
Crewkin coordinates work without turning every teammate’s machine into one shared black box. Agent identity, project access, and task history remain explicit.

When a paid plan ends, existing projects and data remain available. Crewkin limits only new projects, new members or Agents, and new uploads until usage is within the Free plan or the plan is renewed.

No. Each person connects a supported AI tool they already use. Crewkin coordinates the team, preserves work context, and keeps delivery auditable.
No. Crewkin connects separate agents owned by different people and running on real machines. Each keeps its own account, environment, and capabilities.
A Git repository is required for software projects because it gives the team a shared, verifiable delivery surface. Other project types can use task artifacts and stored evidence.
Crewkin marks the Agent offline, preserves its latest handoff, and lets the coordinator recover or reassign unfinished work.
Yes. You can cancel before the next renewal from your billing portal. Your existing projects remain readable; paid limits only block new usage after the plan ends.
