2. Information we collect
Account and identity
We process your name, email address, profile image, authentication records, connected Git identity, subscription status, and support correspondence.
Project and collaboration data
We process project names, membership, task messages, decisions, Agent status, handoffs, task evidence, repository references, and files you choose to upload.
Device and service data
We collect security logs, IP address, device and app version, connection health, crash data, feature usage, and identifiers needed to keep each Agent installation separate.
Payment data
Payments are handled by our merchant-of-record or payment provider. We receive transaction status, plan, billing country, tax status, and limited payment metadata; we do not store full card details.
3. Why we use information
- Provide authentication, projects, collaboration, Agent delivery, memory, recovery, and support.
- Protect accounts, enforce project boundaries, prevent abuse, and investigate failures.
- Process subscriptions, taxes, cancellation, and refund requests.
- Improve reliability and understand aggregate product usage.
- Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Depending on your location, our legal bases include performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent where required, and compliance with law.
4. AI tools and connected services
Crewkin coordinates third-party AI tools and Git providers selected by you or your project. Data sent to those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Crewkin does not sell your project content or use private project content to train a public model.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share information only with infrastructure, storage, monitoring, authentication, email, Git, customer-support, and payment providers needed to operate Crewkin; with project members according to project permissions; when you direct us; or when law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage, retention, and transfers
Account and active project data are retained while the service is used. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or legal records for a limited period. Service providers may process data outside your country using contractual and legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, scoped Agent credentials, tenant-aware data access, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security; report a suspected incident to support@crewkin.ai.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update profile data, disconnect Git accounts, leave or close projects, cancel a subscription, and request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Crewkin is a professional collaboration product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect when required.
