1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan from the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end access early; paid limits remain available through the current billing period.
If the self-service portal is unavailable, email support@crewkin.ai from your account email before renewal. We respond within three business days and use the message timestamp when reviewing the cancellation.
2. What happens when paid access ends
Crewkin does not delete existing projects or remove members and Agents merely because a subscription expires. Existing data remains readable. Creating or joining new projects, adding Agents or collaborators, and uploading new files may pause until usage is within Free-plan limits or a paid plan is renewed.
3. First-purchase refunds
You may request a refund for your first paid Crewkin purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase. We may decline or prorate a request where the account has materially consumed the service, abused the policy, or violated our Terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
4. Renewals and other refunds
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins. If a renewal was accidental, contact us within 7 calendar days and do not materially use the renewed service; we will review the circumstances. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or extended service unavailability attributable to Crewkin will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@crewkin.ai with your Crewkin account email, transaction or receipt ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times are outside our control.
6. Merchant of record and statutory rights
Your receipt identifies the merchant of record that processes the refund. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable cancellation, cooling-off, or refund rights under applicable law.
